Booth Details
The conference will kick off on September 23 at Affinity Centre in Estevan and will continue until late afternoon on September 24.
Attendees will have ample opportunities for networking, with a special focus on building business relationships and exploring new opportunities.
The event will include a lunch break and will conclude with a major session in the afternoon, followed by a break.
Exhibit booths will be set up at Affinity Place. Both on the floor of the rink as well as around the walkway on level one.
Booths will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Setup begins on September 22nd at 5 PM.
Takedown starts at 5 PM on September 24th and must be completed by 9 PM.
