U of R, SE College and Techhub to sign innovation agreement

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) will be formally signed between Southeast Techhub (SETH), Southeast College and the University of Regina on April 23 during the CRIT (Critical Resources, Innovation and Technology) Conference in Estevan.
