Rhea Brown is the Executive Vice-President of Customer Experience and Procurement for SaskPower. With a background rooted in customer service and supply chain, her emphasis has always been on engaging with industry to develop partnerships. Rhea oversees supply chain development, including the procurement activities to develop the greenfield SMR project near Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Before joining SaskPower, Rhea worked in sales and supply chain roles for a packaged goods company, General Mills, in Vancouver and Toronto. She is originally from a farm near Porcupine Plain and she holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.

SaskPower is a vertically integrated utility with a service area of approximately 650,000 square kilometers, over 500,000 customer accounts, a generating capacity of 5930 megawatts and a diverse energy resource mix that is supported by nearly 160,000 kilometers of power lines.
