He currently serves as Manager of Projects, Power Project Execution at Enbridge, where he leads the execution of onshore wind projects.

Throughout his career, Ashleigh has built a diverse portfolio across the energy value chain, with hands-on experience in nuclear power, natural gas transmission, and renewable wind energy. This breadth of experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of both legacy and emerging technologies, enabling him to navigate complex regulatory environments, drive innovation in project delivery, and contribute meaningfully to the energy transition across North America.

Ashleigh began his career as a design engineer and project manager, where he led complex infrastructure projects from concept through construction. Known for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, and champion continuous improvement, Ashleigh brings a unique blend of technical depth and strategic insight to the evolving energy landscape.
