Alesia Malec, B.A., M.A. attended the University of Victoria, where her master’s research focused on language learning and emotions. After 5 years as an English as a Subsequent Language instructor, she joined Applied Research at Suncrest College as a Coordinator. Her research areas focus on social innovation, community engagement, First Nations partnerships, and work experience opportunities for Suncrest College students.
